This is a DIY kit for a 60% split keyboard designed to be gentle on the shoulders, featuring an integrated thumb trackball for 100% usability.

*Please limit your order to a maximum of two sets per person.

*This product is an assembly kit that requires soldering.

*A new black set with a black PCB and a black ball case is now available!

*12P Conthrough connectors are secured and included as standard in the kit! Soldering the ProMicro is now easier. The price remains the same, making it effectively a price reduction.

We achieved 61 basic keys for a split keyboard using a Duplex-Matrix circuit. You can transition from a standard keyboard without any hassle.
The most important feature is the thumb trackball integrated into the palm, allowing seamless cursor operation without leaving the home row.
With its reversible design, left-handed users can swap the left and right PCBs during assembly to operate the trackball with their left hand.

[■7 Features of Keyball61■]
① Each key is vertically offset in a column-staggered layout to naturally position each finger on the home row. By placing a 34mm trackball near the thumb keys, mouse operations can be performed without leaving the home row.

② The motion sensor is positioned on the back of the ball to achieve the thinnest possible profile, ensuring the trackball does not interfere even when enclosed in the palm.

③ The trackball housing is created by injection molding, providing a smooth touch. Its precise design securely holds the ball, preventing it from falling out even when the keyboard is inverted.

④ With its reversible design, left-handed users can swap the left and right PCBs during assembly to operate the trackball with their left hand.

⑤ Featuring a convenient index finger bracket key and a total of 61 keys (left and right combined), this keyboard offers a basic key layout that is easy for beginners to split keyboards. It reduces pinky strain and makes better use of the thumb and index finger.

⑥ In addition to underglow, LEDs can be installed on the back of all keys except the thumb keys (total of 71 for left and right). LEDs are not included in the kit, so please prepare them separately. Tabbed types are used for easier soldering.

⑦ Compatible with Kailh PCB sockets, allowing Cherry MX compatible switches to be hot-swappable. The thumb keys can also be switched to Kailh Choc low-profile switches to reduce wrist strain.
