I failed to solder the Keyball kit and the PCB was damaged. Can I purchase just a new middle PCB?
Yes. If you have purchased a Keyball kit, you can purchase it.
In addition to the PCB only, we also offer a set of soldered parts (keyswitches, diodes, keyswitches, diodes, TRS connectors,
tactile switches, 4-pin sockets, 12-pin sockets, L-shaped 7-pin Con-Thrus, etc., the necessary number for one hand).

Do you offer assembly services?

Specific keys are not responding.
Please recheck the soldering of the diode and key socket.
Make sure the solder fully penetrates the gap between the socket terminal and the PCB.
Be careful, as too much solder can lead to a cold joint (poor connection).
Specific column/row keys are not responding.
If you are unable to input keys using the columns and rows, it is possible that there is a problem with the soldering of the COL and ROW terminals around the ProMicro, so please recheck the soldering.
Also, be careful not to short the terminals by letting solder touch adjacent terminals.
Trackball movement is unstable, or there is no response.
Please double-check the soldering of the L-shaped 7-pin Conthrus, jumpers, and trackball reader board and ICs.
Also, please check for any deformation of the L-shaped 7-pin Conthrus pins, and ensure that the reader board is fully inserted.
The OLED is unresponsive.
Please recheck the soldering around the 4P pin socket, OLED jumper, and Pro Micro.
When writing firmware with Remap, it says "no compatible device found".
If the USB is not recognized when plugged in, try pressing the soldered reset switch twice quickly. Please note that the official firmware is Keyball〇〇_via_v1.3.2.

Keyballを接続した状態でPCを起動するとKeyballが認識されません。
キーボードに給電されたタイミングでPCと通信できずにUSBデバイスと認識されないと、そのような状態となります。
PCの仕様に依存しますが、Keyballシリーズに関わらずQMKファームウェアを使用した自作キーボードで起きる現象なので仕様になりますになります。
マグネット接続タイプのUSBケーブル等を使用して再接続しやすくすることをオススメします。
