I failed to solder the Keyball kit and the PCB was damaged. Can I purchase just a new middle PCB?

Yes. If you are a Keyball kit purchaser, we can sell it to you.

In addition to the PCB alone, we also offer a set of soldered components (keyswitches, diodes, keyswitches, diodes, TRS connectors, tact switches, 4P pin sockets, 12P pin sockets, L-shaped 7P Conthrough, etc., as many as needed for one hand).

Specific keys are not responding.

Please recheck the soldering of the diode and key sockets.
Make sure the solder penetrates properly into the gap between the socket terminals and the PCB.
Be careful, as too much solder can lead to a cold joint (poor connection).

Specific column/row keys are not responding.

If you are unable to input keys using the columns and rows, it is possible that there is a problem with the soldering of the COL and ROW terminals around the ProMicro. Please recheck the soldering.
Also, be careful not to short circuit by having solder touch adjacent terminals.

Trackball movement is unstable, or there is no response.

Please recheck the soldering of the L-shaped 7-pin Conthrus, jumpers, trackball reading board, and ICs.
Also, please check for any deformation of the pins on the L-shaped 7-pin Conthrus, and ensure that the reading board is fully inserted.

The OLED is unresponsive.

Please recheck the soldering around the 4P pin socket, OLED jumper, and Pro Micro.

When writing firmware with Remap, it says "no compatible device found".

If your USB is not recognized when plugged in, try quickly pressing the soldered reset switch twice. Please note that the official firmware is Keyball〇〇_via_v1.3.2.

If I place multiple orders, can they be shipped together?

If the items have not yet been shipped, combined shipping is possible.
